Developed custom test equipment and software for performance verification of source synchronous, receive-only channels for an ATE instrument in DDR and Hyper Transport testing up to 3.2 Gb/sec. The test equipment which consisted of 3 different DIBs (Device Interface Boards) with a separate, customized SCSI-controlled power supply.
